I. ITINERARY

DAY 1: AIRPORT PICK UP – HA NOI CLASSIC (L/D)
 
Morning
 
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly guide and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. Take a moment to settle in and refresh before beginning your exploration of this vibrant city. Start your classic Hanoi experience with a visit to the must-see Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam, built in the 11th century as an homage to the Chinese scholar Confucius. You'll then take a lunch break at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, our guide will take you to the Museum of Ethnology where you will learn about the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. Here you'll be able to gain a greater insight into the diverse cultures within Vietnam. Next, we'll visit the Ngoc Son Temple, set on a tiny island, on the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. After this, we'll explore the 36 streets of the Old Quarter by Cyclo, each named after the products that are, or once were, sold there. This will be one of the main highlights of this Hanoi Classic tour when you can have more understanding of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. End your Hanoi tour with a traditional water puppet show before returning to your hotel.
 
DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG CRUISE (B/L/D)
 
You will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi to go straight to Tuan Chau marina, Ha Long bay. At 11:30 upon your arrival at the waiting lounge, express check-in before boarding for the cruise. You will then be transferred to the cruise by a tender boat, enjoying Welcome Drink from crew staff. Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Halong Bay – a natural wonder of the world, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone. At 15:00 in the afternoon, your first excursion is a visit to Luon Cave. This is considered as one of the most ideal places in Halong for kayaking or rowing boats. After that, you can visit Titov Island, where you can go swimming or hike to the top for another stunning, panoramic view of the Bay. Then at 17:30 Return to the cruise and enjoy the Bay sunset while enjoying the "Happy Hour" special. You may also join our chef in the kitchen to learn how to make traditional spring rolls. Later you can enjoy our special dinner on the sundeck (if the weather is permit) or in the restaurant. After dinner, it’s your choice for a fun squid fishing, spa (charge fees), karaoke or relaxing.
 
DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – SUNG SOT CAVE – TUAN CHAU - NINΗ ΒΙΝΗ (B/L/D)
 
Greet the new day on the sundeck by doing Taichi with fellow passengers. Light breakfast is served at the restaurant as the cruise extends further to Hang Sang - Hang Toi, one of the best attractions on Lan Ha Bay, known for its pristine and tranquil beauty. Guests will be offered the opportunity to explore the area on the smaller motorized tender boat.
Then you'll check out of your cabin before enjoying a Vietnamese cuisine brunch buffet served at the restaurant. Transfer again by cruise tender boat for 20-30m to return to Tuan Chau Marina. Next, you'll set off on the 3.5-hour car ride to Tam Coc in Ninh Binh Province. Overnight at a bungalow in Tam Coc.
 
DAY 4: CYCLING AROUND TAM COC - BICH DONG PAGODA - DANCING CAVE - TAM COC BOAT RIDE - HANOI (B/L/D)
 
Start your day by cycling around scenic Tam Coc through the villages and rice fields. You will stop first to visit Bich Dong Pagoda, located on top of a mountain with stunning views. The Bich Dong Pagoda was constructed with three separate temples (Lower, Middle, and Upper) built on three levels along the mountain slopes. Then, continue cycling to Dancing cave where you will hike up more than 500 steps to reach the top with a wonderful panoramic view of Ninh Binh, Trang An and Tam Coc landscape. After lunch, you'll hop on a 1.5 hour boat ride along Ngo Dong river. Sit back and relax as you glide through this breathtaking scenery, passing through caves and rice fields. This boat tour offers an opportunity to admire the natural beauty of mountains and rivers, witness the peaceful life of riverside residents, and explore historical sites. We'll then drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.
 
DAY 5: HANOI – AIRPORT DROP OFF (B)
 
After enjoying your final meal at the hotel and spending some last moments shopping or taking a leisurely stroll around the city, our driver will pick you up at the scheduled time for your transfer to the airport. The tour concludes with your drop-off at the airport.
