Terms of Services

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 10 days before departure.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or UPI.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 30 days: 90% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 29 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 working days.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid.
  • JAP Tours Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising due to invalid or expired documents.

4. Itinerary & Inclusions

  • The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, local conditions, and operational feasibility.
  • Package prices include only the items listed under “Inclusions”.
  • Additional services will be charged separately.

5. Liability

  • JAP Tours Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, flight delays, political unrest, etc.).
  • Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

6. Health & Safety

  • Travellers are advised to consult a physician before the tour.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to carry prescribed medicines or health-related documents.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travellers are expected to follow local laws and respect the culture of the destination.
  • Misconduct, unlawful activities, or offensive behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Chennai], India.
